The Ohio Doula supports all types of births. Education offerings can be personalized to reflect your birth choices; hospital, medicated, un-medicated, home, birth center, cesarean, and induction. We support a birthing person's right to choose their childbirth options and can provide educational support for any situation.
Quick and Dirty
Private 2-3 hour class where we review how labor progresses, tools for labor, breathing, partner support, and tools for communication. Private classes at your convenience in our office or your home (within 15 miles of 270). $150
Spinning Babies
Private 2 hour class in-home (within 15 miles of 270) or in-office class that covers Birth Mechanics, SB Daily Essentials, and optional Breech Turn techniques. $150
Lamaze Classes
Private 7.5 hour class - 3 - 2.5 hour sessions where we review what labor is, how labor progresses, tools for labor, breathing, partner support, and tools for communication. Private classes at your convenience in our office or your home (within 15 miles of 270 or via zoom with in-home 3rd session within 1 hour of Columbus). $375
BREASTFEEDING BASICS
Private 1-2 hour class to introduce you to concepts, terminology, positions, and support options for breastfeeding. Private classes at your convenience in our office or your home (within 15 miles of 270). Includes postpartum virtual support and reduced rates on in-home lactation support. $150

Your own copy of the 302-page HypnoBirthing Text, HypnoBirthing®, a workbook, recordings for practice, personalized scripts, 5 sessions that include breathing techniques, exercises, nutrition, partner preparation, and an academic understanding of birth and the medical system of labor and delivery.
We also offer an optional 6th private class, included in the fee. This class is a private class in your home for parents who have personal questions, wish to participate in more scripts, and would like information on hands on comfort measures, postpartum and newborn care. Classes are 2.5 hours for 5 weeks located at our office at 6660 N. High Street, Suite 1G, Worthington, OH 43085.Private classes offered evenings and weekends in your home or in our Worthington location.
